Optimate is a video distribution network. We syndicate streaming video content (avoids DRM issues) of professionally produced content to a worldwide audience, primarily 14-44 year olds.
All of our content is ad supported, “free to the consumer”. Our technology makes it possible to geographically target both content and online advertising anywhere in the world.
We maximize revenues by always serving the highest paying ad first on an impression basis.
More importantly, Optimate is an accounting system that calculates micro-payments from advertising revenues. Our system calculates micro-payments to both the content producer and Website publisher from the advertising revenues. To ensure accuracy, our impressions are IAB certified and PWC audited.

Optimate repackages professional video assets for optimal worldwide distribution on the internet. We ingest video, store it in the Optimate library, then during our automated transcoding process, we infuse the video file with proprietary meta data (patent pending) that allows Optimate to 1) geo-filter and segment traffic by country code in compliance with royalty rights and 2) attribute revenue splits precisely to both publishers and content providers. Our closed loop system calculates royalty payments more precisely than any other company.
